Delivery times are estimates. In some cases we will use an alternate carrier than the one chosen during the checkout. This only occurs if the closest stocking warehouse is unable to use the service that was picked and a comparable service level will be used.
The truck driver is not obligated to assist unloading the heavy items to the curb or into your shop, home or garage. You are responsible for getting the products from the curb.
Free Shipping may be available to some products during a promotion. Products added to the order during the promotion are not subject to free shipping discounts and standard shipping charges will apply.
We do ship to remote locations as well as internationally. Standard shipping rates will be charged and calculated based on the ship to address entered during the checkout process.
